Transformation Excellence: Bringing the pieces together

Transformation is no longer about isolated technology projects. Organizations need to optimize processes, evolve their enterprise architecture, establish effective governance, and connect the opportunities created by cloud and AI.

From October 13–15, 2026, the SAP Transformation Excellence Summit at STATION Berlin brings together SAP customers, partners, experts and transformation leaders to explore current trends and practical experiences across enterprise architecture, process excellence, AI adoption and business transformation.

The program combines customer stories, interactive discussions, training sessions and networking opportunities. Participants will explore how solutions such as SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio and WalkMe, together with new AI-driven approaches, can help organizations strengthen their transformation capabilities and realize value faster.

Our highlight: AI in SAP transformation

How can AI go beyond individual use cases and provide tangible support to project teams throughout an SAP transformation?

That is the question Michael Knoblauch and Daniel Habrunner from Walldorf Consulting will address in our session:

Setting New Standards in Greenfield Transformation: AI Consultant by Walldorf Consulting, SAP Cloud ALM and SAP GROW

📅 October 14, 2026
⏰ 3:35–3:50 pm
📍 Showfloor Theater, STATION Berlin

At the center of the session is Junior, our AI Consultant for SAP Cloud ERP. Using a practical scenario, we will demonstrate how a requirement from a transformation project can move from SAP Cloud ALM toward configuration in SAP Cloud ERP – and how AI can support this journey, reduce manual effort and accelerate implementation.

Our ambition is clear: make transformation simpler and more efficient – with less manual work, more standardization and AI where it delivers tangible value for project teams.
